When you use our contact form, sign up to the newsletter, book a conference place or apply for membership, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries
• To administer conference bookings and Club membership
• To send you Club news and conference announcements, where you have asked for them

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Information is shared only with the people who administer the Club and, where necessary, with providers who host our website and email securely.

Your choices
